Novarif Terms of Use

Welcome to Novarif. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Novarif LLC ("Novarif," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of novarif.com and related services (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that any information you provide to us is accurate.

2. What Novarif Provides

Novarif provides rental property and portfolio analysis tools for informational and educational purposes. The Site presents analysis, outputs, scores, and scenarios based on the information and assumptions provided. Novarif presents results and analysis. It does not tell you what to buy, sell, or invest in, and it does not make purchase, sale, or investment recommendations.

3. Not Professional Advice

Novarif does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, real estate, investment, or financial advice. Every output is informational only. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs, verifying the outputs, and consulting qualified professionals before making any real estate, tax, financing, or investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

All investments and real estate decisions carry risk, including the risk of loss. Results shown by Novarif are estimates based on your inputs and stated assumptions and may not reflect actual outcomes. Any third-party data used in the Site may be incomplete or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' information.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including introducing malicious code.
Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Site's content or outputs except as expressly permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, and the Novarif software, engine, and methodology are owned by Novarif LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Novarif™ and NovarifIQ™ are trademarks of Novarif LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

6. Your Information

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Please review it at novarif.com/privacy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable. You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novarif and its members, officers, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any decision you make based on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Early-Access Period

The Site is currently in a pre-launch, early-access period. No account, subscription, or payment is offered through the Site at this time. Joining the early-access list creates no obligation to purchase anything and no charge of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Site, or your access to it, at any time and without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
