About Novarif

Novarif is built for people who own rental property. Not funds. Not institutions. The individual investor who owns a few rentals, or a larger personal portfolio, and manages the decisions themselves. Those owners have been stuck with two kinds of tools: simple calculators that look at one property at a time, and expensive software built for institutions. Neither one answers the real question, which is what a single decision does to the whole portfolio.

Novarif was built to answer that question. It models the moves an owner actually faces: hold, sell, refinance, cash-out, BRRRR, or a 1031 exchange. Then it shows what each move does to income, equity, debt, taxes, risk, and long-term goals across the portfolio. This is the kind of view funds and family offices have always had. Novarif brings it to the individual investor who never did. Every number traces to a formula, and nothing is estimated without telling you.
