Novarif Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Novarif LLC ("Novarif," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit novarif.com and use our website and related services (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We are based in Oklahoma, United States, and the Site is intended for users in the United States. Novarif provides rental property and portfolio analysis tools. This policy covers the public Site and the early-access signup. When the Novarif application and paid subscription become available, additional application-specific privacy terms will apply.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us‍

When you join our early-access list or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • Your visitor type, such as real estate investor, CPA or tax professional, financial advisor, or other.
  • Any information you include when you contact us directly, such as your name and message.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect standard technical and usage information, including your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you launch updates and let you know when early access opens.
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance.
  • Respond to your questions and requests.
  • Maintain the security and proper operation of the Site.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. We share information with trusted providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you. These currently include Webflow for website hosting, Kit for email signup and delivery, Google Analytics for website usage analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics and session replay.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Novarif, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Novarif is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and to understand how it is used. These fall into two general categories:

  • Strictly necessary. Cookies required for the Site to function and load properly.
  • Analytics and performance. Cookies used by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic, record how visitors interact with pages, and improve the Site. These are not required for the Site to function.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where we present a cookie notice, through the choices offered there. If you disable some cookies, parts of the Site may not work as intended.

5. Your Choices

  • Email. Every marketing or update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you those messages.
  • Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, or by controlling cookies in your browser.
  • Access and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address in Section 10.

6. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under your state's privacy law. For example, California residents may, subject to certain limits, request to know what personal information we have collected, request its deletion, request correction, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining our early-access list until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy
